Steve practiced for 40 years as a corporate finance attorney, concluding his career in the Dallas office of the national law firm Andrews Kurth LLP, representing public companies, private equity firms, commercial lenders and other parties in financing, merger and acquisition transactions. Steve also served as the Managing Partner of Arter Hadden LLP’s Dallas office. Steve and his wife Christine have resided in Grayson County since 2004. Steve and Christine have three daughters and six grandchildren.
